Weekend Warrior Mini Boot Camp
This mini boot camp is designed for that person who is too busy to train during the week or for those who would like a little extra training to end their week. This workout program utilizes both indoor and outdoor spaces to perform a variety of fitness training including HITT exercises, metabolic, and compound movement training. Workouts are designed to challenge and get the maximum effort out of each warrior. All fitness levels are welcome (modifications are offered). Classes are held every Saturday from January 2-30. Registration begins December 12.
