Youth Fitness Classes

Kids at any level are welcome to join in our youth fitness classes. Participants are allowed to register for 1 ticket to allow more children the opportunity to participate in youth fitness classes.

All classes will begin with a warm-up and stretching, followed by a time to learn and practice new movement patterns, ending with a bit of strength work and a cool down.

Special attention will be given on how to fall safely. Participants will also be introduced to a variety of different resistance training as well.

Participants will be introduced to a variety of different resistance training equipment.

Advanced: Advanced: It is strongly recommended that participants who sign up for advanced have several of the skills mentioned in the intermediate class description OR have received approval from the instructor.
